How would you like to improve your well-being? Take more control over your life? There are many things you can do on your own – read books and magazines, implement some well-being techniques, reflect on what does and does not work for you. Yet, the best way by far is to share your journey with others, either through working as a part of a group or one-to-one with an experienced practitioner.
Since 21st of April 2009 Personal Well-Being Centre has been running weekly drop-in programme Pub Psychology in Central London. The participants learn about their emotions, thinking, habits, aspirations and relationships in a relaxed atmosphere with likeminded individuals. These sessions bring together the best knowledge and techniques from the areas of well-being, personal development and positive psychology. They are suitable for any age group (above 18) and no prior knowledge and skills of the subjects are required.
